I truly believe that a clear purpose has the power to move people and business forward in amazing ways.
Whilst brand is our main focus, I also work in various capacities to help your business articulate it's purpose through campaigns, communications, promotions and general design pieces.
Consultancy
Through discovery, I work to craft brand strategies that help you define your why and chart your course. Think of me as your brand compass (without the awkward pirate hat). I can also lend my experience to provide clear, practical advice on brand implementation—including mobile apps, complete digital platforms, and making sure your brand doesn’t vanish the moment it hits a smartphone screen.

I started out as a designer and have always been a designer, both external and internal. This means whether we’re shaping the visuals that bring your brand strategy to life, or handling the everyday design grind to keep things consistent, I’m in my element. Think of it as having an in-house designer—minus the overheads, the office politics, and the obligation to chip in for the Friday birthday cake.

Only one job is completed at a time. Job must be finalised before commencing on the next job. Completed works are submitted before close of business (5pm) Monday - Friday.

You can expect a 2-3 day turn around time for most design requests. Some jobs are a little bigger and we can agree on the best turn around for what’s achievable. If you decide to change the nature of the design request it might take a little longer to sort all that out for you.
There’s no limit to how many requests you can make in a month, but I only process one request at a time.
It’s really easy. There’s a little questionnaire (follow this link) and punch in all the relevant information for your design request and it’ll populate in trello. You can track the progress of your request in Trello at any time. If you want to copy through your request in another way, that’s cool, just let me know and we’ll pop it in Trello so you can still track it.
It’s all good, you can pause your subscription and pick it back up at a later point.
I really want you to be happy with what we’re doing for you, so I’ll keep working on it until your happy.
The cost of hiring a quality designer is exorbitant. Even subscribing for 12 months in advance will save you around half of the money an in-house designer will cost you.
We understand you may not have enough design work to fill up an entire month. Perhaps you only have one or two design requests at the moment. That’s where pausing your subscription comes in handy.
Billing cycles are based on 31 day period. Let’s say you sign up and use the service for 21 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you’ll have 10 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.
